勇士今天(17日)拿下2014-15球季NBA總冠軍，Steve Kerr成為史上第8位菜鳥冠軍教頭，他把功勞歸給犧牲奉獻的球員們。
曾經是「籃球之神」Michael Jordan的隊友，Kerr退休後當過總經理、球評，本季才在勇士開始總教練生涯。
Kerr例行賽率領勇士寫下67勝15敗，不但創造隊史最佳戰績，也是1996年公牛72勝之後的最佳勝率。
總冠軍賽跟騎士交鋒，前3戰結束陷入1比2落後。Kerr第4戰大膽變陣，讓小前鋒Andre Iguodala取代中鋒Andrew Bogut先發，成為取得總冠軍的重要改變。
今天勇士以105比97擊敗騎士，4勝2敗逆轉系列賽取得總冠軍，Kerr成為史上第8位的菜鳥冠軍教頭，前1人是1982年湖人隊總教練Pat Riley。
Kerr在賽後頒發總冠軍時接受訪問，他說：「大家彼此犧牲奉獻，季後賽有很多球員挺身而出，所有人全心全意投入，就是為了贏球。」
值得一提的是，騎士總教練David Blatt也是第1年執掌兵符，不論是誰奪冠，都會成為史上第8位菜鳥冠軍教頭。
